can i dye my hair ?

so i'm about to be 6 months this coming saturday and this is my first time being pregnant, and i haven't dyed my hair since i got pregnant so all my blonde has literally grown out and it looks ugly and nappy. i wanted to know if i can dye my hair with regular dye and i use the brand " ION " from sally's or is there a special dye or if i absolutely can not.
