Creepy tattoo man 😨

I went in to get some piercings done today. I got my cartilage done and my belly button. It's not an actual shop but the guy is licensed and he works from home. His work space is nice and he's sanitary. Never had any problems with the work he's done on me before. Anyway, I went in and there was a girl who was there before me. She was about To get a clit piercing and as I'm walking out the room she told me it's ok I am able to stay. Mind you, I've been to him plenty of times and this would not be the first clit piercing I've seen him do. But here's the part that creeps me out.......... He had a hitachi wand vibrator the last time I seen him do the first girls piercing (who also let me stay in the room) and he used it on her to get her clit stimulated and for it to poke out enough so he can clamp it...... ok cool. But what creeped me out was he put it on the highest speed and he used it on her for over 10 minutes and I think it was for his own satisfaction. Now this time today, he had a rabbit eared type of vibrator and he did the same thing to this girl. He used it on her for about 15 minutes tho....... I called my cousin who does piercings in Alabama and asked was this apart of the process for a clit piercing and she's its not! And if the person does use any toes to stimulate the clit, it's not supposed to be for that long...... Do any of you happen to know if he's doing the right thing or if he's actually being a creep? Because i think this is something I should tell someone about that can take action because I don't think he should be taking advantage of these women for his own satisfaction. By the way, he's known to have had sex with some of his customers....
