The Big 3 Words

Okay so my boyfriend and I have been together for about 8 months and haven't said "I love you" yet. I wouldn't say I'm worried about it because all my other relationships said it before I meant it or before I thought I was. Ever since my first love walked out of my life I didn't think I was gonna love anyone the way I loved him, but I was wrong. My boyfriend is so good to me, loves me, supports, cares, and understands me. I'm head over heels for him and I want to tell him that I love him but at the same time I'm afraid to because I'm not sure if he feels the same way and I don't wanna scare him away. Help please. Should I wait or what?!?!
