Trigger warning - miscarriage blame

****trigger warning****
I have some issue with posts on other boards regarding miscarriage. I honestly cannot believe how many woman place blame for a miscarriage. I thought I'd bring it to CC for a broader opinion. I've had a miscarriage myself and I do not blame myself in any way shape or form. If you find this topic is bothersome, please stop here.
At what point is it acceptable to blame a woman for her miscarriage or multiple miscarriages?
I believe strongly in body autonomy. I would never drink liquor or smoke or do drugs while pregnant. I did though eat too many Oreos (gross) and delicious mashed potatoes with my first born and had the rare glass of wine with each pregnancy (with my dr's blessing). I thought my first would come out smelling of milkshakes and chocolate honestly. He was good. Some woman eat too much tuna fish, uncooked lunch meat, hot dogs, and fast food.
I do not support punishment for pregnant women addicts. I support treatment and proper prenatal care. I 100% support the woman's right over her own body. I know from science that most miscarriages are caused by chromosomal disorders, not from smoking. Yes smoking and drinking CAN cause a miscarriage (so can stress and a host of other things), but so can quitting cold turkey early in pregnancy. Most often those are not the cause though and chromosomal disorders are to blame.
At what point are bad choices bad enough to blame the mother for her miscarriage?
Update: I'm relieved to see these responses instead of the responses I've been seeing on the other boards. I'm not a dr. Im not "her" dr. I may not approve of every woman's choices, but unless I'm her dr, I don't know what caused her losses and I wouldn't pretend to. If I didn't respect someone's choices then I simply couldn't be friends with them. It's that simple for me.
