Work and TTC

As a Veterinary Technician I am scheduled to take care of a cat that is not vaccinated for Rabies during Christmas. My boss asked me about getting myself vaccinated for Rabies that way I can take care of the cat. I hinted that I am TTC, but she made me feel very pressured not to get pregnant for at least a month so I can get vaccinated. I don't feel I should have to put off pregnancy because of one patient, but I feel stuck, and guilty.
