Stronger contractions

I'm 38 weeks and I was 1cm dilated 80% effaced with a thin cervix. My doctor said her head is super low. I was checked on Tuesday. Today around 3-4 am I woke up and had bad back pain and some contractions. I took a bath this morning and went back to sleep. I woke up again at 7 with stronger contractions. I'm trying to get this going. Any suggestions to help speed this up? Yes I know some people will say "she will come when she wants"

Well don't comment that. I know. My doctor said she can come anytime now. She suggested a OTC medicine but I forgot what it was.
