D&C or the pill

Hey ladies, I was supposed to be 13 weeks pregnant today. I woke up happy, feeling great, got to go see my little bean for my first trimester screening. Got to the clinic and was told that I had a miscarriage around the 8 week mark. Just one week after I had a "perfect" ultrasound with the baby having a heart rate of 140. My options are either the D&C; or the pill to induce the miscarriage. Just asking for opinions on which will in a way, be easier. I've had absolutely no cramping or bleeding if that helps at all.
