I also just stuck a changing pad on top of the dresser, it has worked great for 3+ years (we're potty training now, but still have to use it every once in a while for accidents). I'm planning to do the same for baby #2.

My husband is 6'5" 250 pounds, I couldn't really see him squatting on the floor to change a baby haha and I wasn't about to hurt my back hunched over on the floor changing diapers every two hours. We didn't buy a special changing table, but put a changing pad on a nice dresser we already had 🙌 so so worth it!!!!

Couch, bed, carpet, or pack n play.. lol used my changing table once and it was harder than it needed to be. Much easier on any one of those places I listed!

We just put a changing pad on her dresser. My daughter had wayy too many explosive poops and would pee every time we opened her diaper. She also flails like a fish out of water every time I change her. 14 months old now and I'm still terrified to change her anywhere else but on her changing table.

I used the shelves for our diapers and wipes and some cute little decorations! By as far as changing LO on there, no, always a blanket on the floor or couch 😂

I use my bed. I keep my sons clothes in my room. So in the morning I bring him in my room to get ready. We are able to get ready together. I find it easier for us.

I have a pack and play downstairs with the changing table thing. We use it for storage since he hated  it and as a changing table. Upstairs we have tue dresser leaf thing that goes over a dresser and has cubbies for both wipes and diapers.
