Depo Shot Serious Side Effects. PLEASE READ

So I had 3 depo shots was on it a total of 9 months... first 3 months i felt okay, but ended up in the ER (later realizing it was because of the shot)

By the second shot I was having all of the really bad side effects... severe mood swings, depression, bad panic Attacks, lost my appetite and struggled to get out of bed, I actually was opposite from a lot of women and I lost a lot of weight on the shot and got very weak couldn't workout like I once did and I'm a personal trainer and also competed in Body Building so I trained hard....

I went for my third shot and I remember sitting in my Drs office crying and telling her I can't explain how this is making me feel... I felt so bad... everyday was a struggle ...

she said "Things will level out after the third shot " So I like an idiot had the third shot... And it's been about 5/6 months ... I still have some really bad side effects, and I'm so worried I won't feel "normal " again... I hate what that shot has done to my body..

I'd love to hear some feedback from others, maybe share your experiences so I don't feel alone in this.
