Milk bleb?

Question

Has anybody had one before? A lactation specialist I go to said I have one.  It hurts so badly and I can't get it to go away.  It started with clogged ducts last Friday and now this.  I've tried the whole warm compress before feeding thing and it's not working. Any advice?

It doesn't look like it can be popped to me. Maybe it is something else?

You've got to pop it. I had one, once I was able to pop it and get that milk out it got much much better. Look up the kelly mom site and search bleb that's where I went and it was very helpful.
