period

I had a miscarriage in May and ever since that time my periods have been a little different. the last period, I had some sharp pain in my left side. I had hardly any clots and I soaked thru a super plus tampon and onto the pad. then it stopped and then it came back again. the pain in the side was once in awhile. it wasn't a constant thing. has anyone else ever experienced this? sorry if tmi.
