opinions please?

I have a premmie that was due on 31st July and is only 7 weeks corrected

she was 12 week early, me& my partner have been having sex since she was 6 week old so nearly 3 months! right been carefull 🙏🏻

last month Aug 25th i had a period, 4/5 days long (the usual) my gp said I could get a coil put in on the Monday, so on Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning we had unprotected sex, the doc got sick and basically had to take a mornkng after pill and the next booking for a coil is October. Right normally after the morning after pill my period starts, but so far it hasnt. On Friday I had a tinny bit of blood in my wee. Yesterday I taken a pregnacy test saying negetive as it had been 2 weeks+ since I had the pill, my next period is due in 8 days, So I was assure my period would come, I also had pink discharge, I asked my OH if he wanted to have sex see if we could get my bleed to start, straight after i went for a pee blood in my discharge again but no period, could this be inplantion? I dont want another baby as I think its selfish on my premmie and I am also scared if it will be a premmie😩 My test was negetive, the Condom split lastnight too so I need another morning after pill but dont want to take one incase I am pregnant?
