Will it ever become easier?

So in a few short days, it will be 4 months since I've delivered our sleeping angel. I still feel like it's very recent but I have been around people who make comments along the lines of "I should be over that by now". I am aware everyone is different and grieves differently so I have removed the negative assholes out of my life. I try to go to his grave every week but I still just break down driving there. I have received help for loss and grieving but just hard to understand it all. 😞
