Rainbow Baby loves still with me?

Hi ladies! I'm pregnant with my rainbow baby through iui typing pregnant is kind of tough for me since I was asked by RE to stop progesterone and all other meds 18 days ago after my 3rd beta was still low (55.5) and even though it didn't stop rising it didn't double the third time around.... I mourned my baby and went through horrible emotional distress... it's been 18 days since and still no AF or miscarriage symptoms. My husband asked me to POAS today and still BFP. I can't deny it felt great to read pregnant but at this point I've decided not to contact my RE nor test my blood for hcg level... anyone ever experience this before?
