embarrassed

I am very embarrassed to post this but I have no one else to talk to. I have been going to school and my thighs are close together during the day when I sit and in between my legs it feels wet a lot or like damp and when I go to the bathroom my panties are damp and it just feels so uncomfortable. today I wore a dress with shorts underneath and my panties and shorts we're damp. why is this happening??? is something wrong with me??
