Getting pregnant again!

okay so this is for my friend who doesn't feel comfortable asking people not me (I'm 38 weeks and don't plan on a second kid for a while)

Anyway, she has two kids already and about a year ago she had a miscarriage due to not knowing she was pregnant and being in a motorcycle accident as well as having the implant. She got the implant taken out about 6 months ago and they have been ttc since then. she has done ovulation tests she has started prenatal but nothing so far. do you guys have any suggestions I can give to her for them to make their next baby dreams come true?
