I got drunk with a guy I had been seeing for a few weeks and I went over and we drank but I hadn't eating and got drunk to quickly and blacked out for the first time ever, he wasn't anywhere as drunk as me, and had sex with me twice neither of which I remember, he told me about it the next day . Do you consider this rape ?

Thats tough. You were both under the influence. If you feel violated and that he did rape you then yes he would have. If you feel that it was just you two having too much to drink and things got out of hand, that he had no bad intentions then not so much.

Oh good lord, she knew she hadn't eaten and that she would get drunk faster, but yet she continued drinking. She could have given her consent while she was drunk, people say and do a lot of things that they don't remember while they are drunk. I feel like girls always try to play the rape card, try a get innocent men in trouble. I'm not saying that, that's what this girl is doing but since both were drunk and he remembers what happened and she doesn't remember doesn't mean she didn't yes or no. For all we know she could have been the one starting it, we don't know, we know one side.
