I got drunk with a guy I had been seeing for a few weeks and I went over and we drank but I hadn't eating and got drunk to quickly and blacked out for the first time ever, he wasn't anywhere as drunk as me, and had sex with me twice neither of which I remember, he told me about it the next day . Do you consider this rape ?

An unconscious person cannot give consent, a person who is too drunk to remember the night before cannot give consent, a person who has to be told a sex act happened after the fact CANNOT GIVE CONSENT!!!!

Thats tough. You were both under the influence. If you feel violated and that he did rape you then yes he would have. If you feel that it was just you two having too much to drink and things got out of hand, that he had no bad intentions then not so much.

This is such an odd subject. If I get drunk I get horny af even if I black out. I know that I, even blackout, probably want sex especially if it was with a guy I was dating.. I don't think it's fair to say that a guy raped me if I blacked out and wanted aex when he probably was drinking too..

Oh good lord, she knew she hadn't eaten and that she would get drunk faster, but yet she continued drinking. She could have given her consent while she was drunk, people say and do a lot of things that they don't remember while they are drunk. I feel like girls always try to play the rape card, try a get innocent men in trouble. I'm not saying that, that's what this girl is doing but since both were drunk and he remembers what happened and she doesn't remember doesn't mean she didn't yes or no. For all we know she could have been the one starting it, we don't know, we know one side. And I'm sorry when you go hang out with the guy you're talking too alone and you start drinking/getting drunk, what do you think is gonna happen, most people get horny when they are drunk. I think y'all need to stop assuming the worst.

Yes. Being intoxicated is no excuse to do as you please with someone else. If you can't or don't give consent it is rape
