Why won't you eat child?! 😩

My 1 year old daughter has not been eating for the past 1-2 weeks now. 
She refuses anything I give her and I can't even force the food down her mouth because she shuts her mouth and she starts choking on food if I try to feed her.
I don't know what to do.
Like I know she's hungry but I don't know why she isn't eating anything 😭

They go through periods of defiance and experimentation around food. My son did this (intermittently, it was usually once or twice a week) from like 15-22 months. It was always worse when he was tired. All the things I read about it said not to try to force feed because that can lead to food issues later (pickiness, food aversion, etc). What I did read to do is offer food at every mealtime, and have them stay at the table while people are eating to let them know that they’re expected to be there even if they don’t eat. Eventually this will pass. If you are worried about illness, if there are other symptoms that worry you or not enough wet diapers, then definitely go to the doctor.

Pediasure. My son didn’t eat for like 3 weeks when he was getting his molars. He existed on pediasure and the occasional snack pouches. Molars hurt!

I bet her one year molars are coming through, if they haven't already. That can cause them to refuse eating and even opening their mouth.

Teething! My daughter went through that stage, the only thing she would eat was yogurt. Give her yogurt if she will eat it and her milk. If she's super hungry she'll start eating better again, but at least the yogurt has protein in it.
