Anyone have sarcoidosis and healthy pregnancy?

I have sarcoidosis, diagnosed this year, which causes other autoimmune disease flare ups. My first son, born before this disease, was and still is very healthy. But I worry about autoimmune issues affecting the pregnancy or attacking the embryo. I'm 4 weeks pregnant now. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

How did the pregnancy go? Did u have to take medication?

No problem! I first got diagnosed with uveitis, which is an autoimmune eye disease. Then, I had onset rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, and after lots of blood work and X-rays, they came to the conclusion of the sarcoidosis.  The blood work that showed this, was the ACE factor in the blood.  Hope that helps:)

I would like to hear more about your experience with this condition if you don't mind. I have experienced an onslaught of immune-type issues since my first was born that is yet undiagnosed but hearing that someone else developed something like this after their first pregnancy makes me curious. Do you mind sharing? Or even DM if you dont want to put it on an open forum? I would so appreciate some insight
