bloody bottom 😞

so I'm 8 weeks post partum and have quit having vaginal bleeding and the discharge and everything. but sometimes I have a small amount of rectal bleeding. Just when I use the bathroom. I do have stool softeners but I've slacked off taking them and it is kinda hard at times to go. I just went again and I noticed a bit more than usual. everything seems to look ok.... any input or advice...?
