Baby moving!?

I'm 22 weeks and usually feel baby girl move a LOT but today I haven't felt her really move at all. Should I be concerned she's not been moving as much or is this normal? TIA

At my 20 week appointment (I'm 24w now) my doctor told me that now that I feel baby moving I should just make sure I feel him every day. She didn't give me anything more specific at this point. Sometimes, especially the weekends for some reason, I don't feel him much and have to make a mental note to sit down and take notice. I think that's why I'm only supposed to make sure I feel him, not really track how much yet.

I didn't feel my baby once for like 12-13 hours during the day! Freaked me it but the doctor said I was probably rocking him to sleep walking around lol. Just call your doctor if you're that concerned! ❤️

I usually always feel my baby girl partying in there, so when I wouldn't feel her for the majority of the day, I'd worry...but then next day, she starts up again! I wouldn't worry too much, unless you don't feel baby after a full day or 2. If you want to be 100%, just call your doctor and get an appt :)
