Post Pregnancy Corset/Girdle
Have been researching Bellefit girdles and am leaning towards it.... any moms out there swear by this brand or any others?
I've read that the hormone relaxin still surges through your body for up to 8 weeks after birth and even longer if you breastfeed.... with that loose goosey hormone on top of compression the bounce back is a lot quicker. Some girls have gotten even smaller waists than pre-baby!
Please leave me some suggestions!
