Sex doesn't feel good anymore? Please Help!

Okay so for two years I've been dating the same guy, lost my virginity to him and everything and he is the love of my life. During this past summer, I got a UTI and afterwards sex just hasn't felt as good? Before that it felt amazing basically every time but now i feel a deep but hurtful pressure instead of pleasure? We don't really do foreplay as much anymore, but for two days we built it up (we did it today) and it hurt and felt weird with minimal pleasure. I'm so confused as to why, please hep.
