Just need some advice

So I am currently 12 weeks and 5 days pregnant, me and my husband went for our first scan yesterday and found out that although baby is alive it has anecephaly, it's not going to survive after birth and the hospital gave me the option to have an abortion (which after talking to my husband we have opted for). The trouble is I just want this agony to end, I feel so guilty and useless and they can't help for 2 weeks. Should I wait for a surgical abortion or just go for the pill? which they can do sooner but the idea of it really scares me. I don't know what to do and I feel so terrible :( 💔
