Pms sick?!?

Okay so I had this crazy feeling in my whole body yesterday, and it was the second day of flow it felt as though I was completely weak I couldn't left my head or hand I felt as though I had another body inside mine. When I was able to get out of bed I completely dropped my cup of water and fell to the floor. Most painful cramps I've had was I felt them in my thighs but never a complete weak body. Has anyone else felt this before, or should I get it checked out?
