Anyone heard your hips are "off" & Manual manipulation?
I have been seeing a physical therapist because of a knee grinding issue. meanwhile I was having some really bad upper back pain and pain on the front side of both pelvic bones, like when you put your hands on your hips and it's not really hips it's actually your pelvis. the physical therapist said they didn't see anything with the hips but didn't really look so much at that as just my knee, and I saw a chiropractor who said every time I went in my hips were off, not sure what that means. well that my physical therapy is over and I have to move on to the next stage of whatever the doctor does with for my knee, and I quit going to the chiropractor because the cost was getting way too much but I didn't have the back pain anymore. So as I took my child to a specialist today that he normally sees she made a comment as she walked behind me, that she thinks I have a hip issue because it looks off. She said she also does adult care which is called manual manipulation. She told me to ask my doctor if they will refer me to her for it. I have never heard of it and I know nothing of it but does anybody have one any ideas of this hip being off issue and you have any information or ideas of what manual manipulation is?
