when is a good age to take ur kid to the movies?

Like a good age for them to sit down and watch it and dont get bored real quick!? only with kid friendly movies tho obviously. my son is 3 years old so , maybe he’s not a good age  yet? at what age did you take ur kid to the movies ?

Think it depends on the child and if they can sit through a film. Some cinemas (in the UK) do have a morning screening specifically for kids, the lights aren't completely off, the sound is a little lower and as it's full of kids, if they get up and wander off, it's not "frowned upon".

My son was 2 and a half. . Watched Beauty and the Beast without even taking his eyes off the screen to eat his popcorn!! And it's a 2 hour film!!

Based on how my son can't sit still for 30 seconds at 2 I'm guessing we were my try until he's 4-5.

Our son was a year and half at his first movie! He was obsessed with minions, so when the new minion move came out in 2015 we took him to see it. He loved it!

Depends on the child if they have the ability to sit for that long and focus on the screen. Maybe try preparing them for it by telling them what's going to happen and how they need to behave. And also, maybe going to a morning or weekday showing when it's not as crowded to test it out.
