My son was born 9/20 and went into distress so they had to cut me (equivalent of 2nd degree tear). I was sick with a pretty bad upper respiratory infection that turned into bronchitis and now I'm coughing like crazy and it makes me feel like my stitches are going to pop out!! It hurts soooooooooo freaking badly and I'm already trying to have my first bowel movement and my nipples are chapped, uterus cramping, and my milk is coming in...

I need something to relieve all this pain!!

I have only slept like 4 hrs since he was born and I have a 15 month old running around! Any suggestions??
