Endometriosis

The pain is so random I feel like. I'm terrible at taking my birth control pills, but I'm also on and IUD ( so no worries there ). The pills are just suppose to stop the bleeding to help with the pain. Any other methods or helpful tips? I cramp so bad right before my period and during sex there's pain. I have horrible cramps after sex. Sometimes in pain even if I just orgasm from masturbating. I don't want to be on pain pills, but 800mg of Ibuprofen makes me sick. The only thing that seems to take the edge off is midol or pamprin, but it's still not enough. What do I do??? Please help me ladies!
