Someone help me please

I'm now 11dpo I have been experiencing some symptoms. 3-7 dpo I had very wet discharge which then turned into a white stringy thick textures and yesterday it was less and milky. 7dpo my nipples became sensitive to touch, yesterday I started getting some cramps but come the evening cramps and discharge practically stopped. I've been very tired recently but some nights unable to sleep. My stomach just hasn't felt right the past couple of days. I've come up with a cold to and really sore lips. However I took 2 first response test Friday and Saturday. Both were negative. Could I still be pregnant even with 2 negatives and with some symptoms stopping? I was laying in bed last night and suddenly felt really sick too! Please help I really thought the signs were pointing to it being our month
