So this morning I went pee and when I whipped I had brown discharge. It wasn’t a lot it was like spotting, and it only shows when I whipped. AF isn’t due for another four days, so is it implantation or period ? I’m new to this so I’m not even sure. I never had brown discharge before my period.

For the past three days I had period like cramps which I always get a week before my period.
