HELP PLZ! SEX ADVICE

Okay so last night I lost my virginity!! I'm very happy about it and I love my partner very very much. I am on birth control and he used condoms, although the condom broke halfway through so he put on a new one. I'm very very good at taking my (combination) pill on time but the night before, I took my pill an hour and a half late. Should I be worried?!?! My body is very very sensitive to when I take my birth control, because I took it an hour and a half late I started spotting so I was spotting while having sex but the spotting hasn't stopped. I may have started my period but I'm not sure as of yet. Plz I need advice. Should I take an emergency contraceptive. I am a very paranoid person.
