Is it ok if I take a mental health day.
I’ve had panic attacks every other day for two months since I started my new school and moved to a new state. I’m struggling to keep a smile on my face. I’m depressed and lonely. I’ve gotten no help. I need a break just for a day because 2 days each week sometimes isn’t enough. My eyes burn from crying just now. School is causing me so much stress. I don’t want to go tomorrow I mentally can’t. Or else I’ll be crying in the bathroom or in the middle of class like I did at my old school.
