Best friend found out she's pregnant

Sooo my best friend just found out she's pregnant, unplanned. Only with the guy for a few months ! I'm happy for her because a baby is a blessing, but there's a part wishing it was me. It's almost been a year since I was diagnosed with PCOS and no luck even being on medications. I've been spotting this month on and off so I don't even know if this a period. hopefully my husband and my time will come.
