Natural Miscarriage

After my 1st MC I want to pass naturally. Have any of you ladies passed naturally? How was it and how long did it take? Pain levels, fatigue, nausea?

With my 1st MC I did the pills. It gave me diarrhea, vomit, bleeding and fever. I went to the ER and my blood pressure was low. Pain was pretty bad too. I hope naturally will be easier. I am supposed to be 9w3d but baby stopped growing at 7w which means it's been in there 2 weeks, how long will this take?

My dead line is Monday, if I haven't passed I will take the pill but I hated it. Hope to pass naturally!
