im 29 and not sure what to do

I currently have 4 kids and I need to decide to close up baby shop or keep it open for business. I always wanted a large family (not as large as the duggars btw) . maybe 6 or one more. my family and SO family make comments about like , do you own a TV , or you know what causes that PROBLEM don't you , you have your hands full or the one I really hate . you know your not a factory right?

I just don't want to regret making a permanent decision , I just don't know what to do. is four enough ? anyone on here with a large family?
