Ovulating at certain times of the year?

Hi there. Mum of 4 planning #5 but will be pregnancy #7 . Last 3 cycles haven't got me anywhere. I've ordered a maybe baby saliva stick to hopefully help pin point my ovulation as the opk cheapies aren't doing a thing for me. 
But I've started to think about something my GP joked about once, in regards to me only ovulating at certain times of a year. The 4 living children's birthdays fall between Feb, March and May. I had a "missed abortion" @16 weeks and a baby born sleeping  @30weeks, the m/c pregnancy was due in a January our forever sleeping baby was due in May but delivered in Feb. 
Has anyone ever experienced this themselves? Is it even a thing? Thank you. X

Yes I’ve experienced this! I have 3 boys born in sept and Oct and I’m pregnant with number 5 and my due date is Oct 10th. (One of my boys’ birthdays!) I’m thinking I must be extra fertile in January lol. I’m thinking this one is a boy :)

So I am now onto my 7cycle trying, last month my period was a day late so I was pretty excited for that day. I've decided to try the clear blue ovulation kit this cycle to see if I do ovulate and to pin point when it does happen. I find that this OPK testing is rather stressful, 5 days of no smilies I'm "expected" to ovulate today so glow estimates. I'm coming up to those few months I've fell pregnant  before so will soon see if my Gp's words have some truth to them ( about me only ovulating a few months per year ) . Tried keeping a new child's birthdays away from the chaos of the other children but that so far isn't happening, husband is convinced we should be popping out another around February to mid march next year because that's when the bank account takes a draining and it would be just our luck haha. 😂

That's interesting because I have 2 in October, 1 in February and about to have my 2nd in June.

Hi thank you for your reply. It's a very strange thing to think about, no matter how much we have tried to make a baby to arrive later in the year we just never fall. I was hoping by asking the question I wouldn't appear as plain stupid, lol. I went off the Implanon early November and was warned my body could be very fertile so could possibly fall straight away, obviously I didn't and another two cycles later nothing. I'm now 32 husband 36, so we really want to get it on the ball. We have t told anyone that we are trying for #5 . Basically we have 1 birthday( and a memorial ) in feb 2 weeks apart, 2 march again 2 weeks party ,  1 in may. Then to throw more craziness in we decided to marry in March also. Costly costly costly.. Fingers crossed you get your BFP very soon.

We are also ttc #5. It’s an interesting idea. My brother and I are both November. I have a friend with 2 September kids. But I have February, May, July, and August so far... 
It seems unlikely. But no way to really know until you can get some ovulation testing that works. Best of luck!!
