International air travel in 4th/5th month of pregnancy

Hi fellow women, I just found out I am 7 weeks thrilled and excited as I am, I am facing a dilemma what do you guys feel about international flight (9+9 hr) in 4th or 5 th month of pregnancy?

My travel was booked 5months before. My original travel dates coincide with the exact day I complete 12weeks , still considering to postpone my travel till I am 16 or 20 weeks. This is my first pregnancy and I did consult with the doctor she said its not advisable to travel during first trimester and if I do considering traveling during my 4th and 5th month she did tell me risks associated with air travel like DVT and air pressure in plane. I know 2 of my acquaintances who did travel 20 hrs in their 2nd trimester and had no issues what so ever. Im a but anxious as this is my first pregnancy but again I would love to hear about your experiences and thoughts on this ......
