pain several months after D&C?

Please, no judgement. I had an abortion in January at 10 weeks. During the procedure, the one doing the procedure made an accidental movement (I believe) and it hurt INCREDIBLY bad. It was a sharp pain. She said "Oh sorry, I know that hurt." What the hell?? I went to the emergency room about two weeks after due to severe pain and passing heavy clots, but they did an ultra sound and inspected me and they said they couldn't find any lacerations or anything wrong. But I still have a pain in the exact spot she jabbed at. What could it be??
