TTC and Endometriosis

WARNING: LONG POST! Me and my bf have been TTC for almost 3 months now and every month i am off my birth control my periods keep getting worse and worse. Right now i am at the OB and everything is frustrating me. He asked about my birth control when the last time i was here i told him im TTC and hes like "well that would help a lot to get pregnant". And im like.... i know.... can you help me please? I just feel beaten down, ignored, and I'm existing in a terrible pain. I have missed work and school atleast once a month because of my period. Does anyone else have a hard time getting over how painful this is and trying to stay strong to be pregnant? I find myself thinking about giving up and going back on my pills because of the pain. I don't know what to do anymore... Does anyone with endometriosis and is or was also TTC do anything to get through it?
