advice....

So I am now 10 days late and this morning I had some Brown light pink very very light spotting and some dull pain on my left side I'll test when I was taking them come back negative but still no sign of aunt flow I'm not having any Symptoms that she's even coming but I have noticed even when the test are coming back negative that I had some pregnancy symptoms certain smells making me nauseous that I used to love craving certain foods that kind of stuff anybody else have anything similar happen to them?... oh and i have an appt with my lady doctor on oct. 2nd to get checked out because im very regular and never miss or skip AF.
