Feeling baby move?

I am 11 weeks and 2 days with my fourth pregnancy and once in a great while I swear I feel a flutter (or twitch I like to say) and wonder if it could possibly be the baby? It's in the same area where I find the heartbeat everyday (I have a heart Doppler like they have at Drs offices) so I thought it was odd that I'd be in the same spot. My first baby I obviously didn't feel until 20 weeks and 2 baby I miscarried at 8 weeks so never got to feel baby. My third pregnancy I felt baby around 14 weeks and for sure at 15 weeks. Is it possible with baby number 4 I could feel baby already? It's not all the time but maybe once a day when I'm sitting at work.
