Baby measuring big

So I’m 30 weeks since I was 24 weeks baby has measured 2 weeks ahead. I had my appt today and according to ultrasound (that I get at every appointment) he’s already 4 pounds measuring almost at 33 weeks. Dr said if I don’t deliver by 38 weeks I won’t be able to do it naturally because of his size and might end up having a csection (predicting a 9-10 pound baby)

Anyone else have the drs tell them baby is measuring big and baby is actually born small?

This is my 3rd pregnancy both my baby’s were only 6 pounds
