Belly bandits?

Do they actually do anything? FTM and I'm wondering if it's worth it to try or just let my body do it's thing!

No they don't actually. However, it can be nice to have things "tucked up" if going out, or if you just want to feel a little bit more yourself while waiting for things to go back. But if you haven't put on too much weight. It will go back on its own. I am 5 months pp, and I am skinnier than before I was pregnant. And never used anything. Only good eating, lots of water and exercise when I was ready. 
Care for you skin though! Exfoliate and moisturise. And plenty of water. Good food too to help your body regenerate. However if skin is deeply broken by stretch marks, it might not be as fast; and you would have to do more.

I tried using one with my second and it honestly just very uncomfortable and when you're tired and run down that's the thing you wanna feel. The best way I've gotten my skin to bounce back is massaging in circles for 15 mins around my stomach in the shower with a lotion. My first I gained a lot of weight but my second I didn't and my skin has bounced back just fine. Muscle tone just comes with time. Once you get the ok to work again do a lot of lower ab work outs.
