Do you address issues head on or do you let them go?

Today there was drama in the family and a lot of he said she said. Not me, i contact the people that need to be contacted and get to the bottom of it. That way it's dealt with and done

I feel like it depends on the issue. Some things I'll let go, some I'll ask the person directly. But I know better than to just believe something someone said. 🤷🏻‍♀️ People exaggerate too much & like to make stuff up 🙄😂

I always address issues head-on. Rug sweeping gets nothing done and causes resentment.

I straight out don’t do drama. I grew up in a house where drama was never allowed. My sister is the most honest and sometimes too blunt person you’ll ever meet. And I’m grateful for that. I call her on her crap when it needs to be done and she does the same for me. It makes our lives 1000 times easier. 
I choose girlfriends that are the exact same. I am. It one who gets offended easily. I prefer to be told the truth even when it hurts. It is easier to forgive and heal than to listen to whispers and back stabbing and drama. 
I’ve been drama free for 30 years and hope to be for another 30!
