symptom help please?

Im 9w3d pregnant today and for the past 2 weeks ive had nauaea hit me at night only. but yesterday i had all day nausea. ive had ultrasounds since 6w4d pregnant and every time there has been a nice strong heartbeat. i did have an emergency ultrasound this past monday due to bleeding (i have a subchrorionic hematoma) and the baby was measuring right on track and the heartbeat was at 188. When i woke up this morning, i felt completely normal.. no nausea at all.. it kinda worries me due to having a missed miscarriage almost 2 years ago. im on progesterone suppositories but idk why i feel ok today .. 🤔 and my next appointment isn't for another 2 weeks
