Tmi. Need some advice.

I'm currently 12 weeks exactly and lastnight when I got home from work I changed my clothes and noticed some blood in my underwear. I couldn't tell if it was light or bright red bc my underwear was dark pink. I'm not having any cramping and still heard the babies heartbeat on my dopler. Should I let my dr know, or wait til my appointment on Tuesday?
