Stomach pulsating??

Ok so I wish I could upload a video for better understanding but my stomach is pulsing like my heartbeat but on my stomach is that normal ?

I have had this before but I never thought nothing of it so I've never paid attention if it's always or sometimes but the times I've paid attention and noticed is when I'm laying down I just developed hypochondria and I googled this up and it shows an aortic aneurysm 😳😳😳 I'm freaking out now!

Especially with the other symptoms being nausea, pain in stomach and back and I have IBS so I always feel those symptoms too
