using the restoom
does anyone know what types of fiber things i can buy. my doctor gave us a list of meds that can be used during pregnancy but i think someone threw it away.
ive always had trouble going restroom but its getting annoying and a bit painful. like if i poop its so small and only about 2 at a time but even just trying to do that leaves me uncomfortable and in some pain from pushing which i try not to do so much .
