Herpes or razor bump?
So I shaved like 4 days ago and my hairs are growing back, I noticed I have 2 white pimple balls on the top of the lip ( not inside) it doesn’t hurt or anything unless I touch it and it’s only a little. My question is if it’s herpes or razor bump ( please be serious)
